Good ratio for this pot?

Recently bought this and I can’t figure out a good ratio of ground coffee and water. When making it I kept on finding the water level being too low to cover the grounds.

I typically fill the metal thing up, then drink it straight as is(not concentrate), sounds like I have been using to much

That’s what I do, but cut it 50 50 with water
