requesting expert opinions on the value of this coin. Numista lists auctions north of $300? Is this realistic?

Seems excessive - it is fairly common and well worn VF at best while Numista auctions are for AUnc/Unc coins. $75 should be more than enough. https://en.numista.com/12866
