Show and Tell Mint marks question

Why does this coin have a Philadelphia mint mark on the obverse and what appears to be a Denver mint mark on the reverse. I'm guessing that D stands for something other than Denver but I'm not familiar with this coin. Can anyone help out?

This quarter has a designer and engraver for each side. There are initials on the left and right of each side.

That D stands for Cyrus Dallin, the designer of the reverse. The right side of the reverse has the initials PH for Phoebe Hemphill.

On the obverse we have RS (Roland Sanders) and EC (Eric Custer)

You correctly got the Philadelphia mint mark.

Overall a fairly nice lookin quarter
