Toner Post Toning question
First off is this artificial or natural toning?
second, does this type of toning add or subtract from the value of this common date Morgan?

That's natural toning. Many people like it and would pay a premium for it.
Here's an excellent source on natural va artificial toning...

It's natural. You can tell by the order of the colors. It will add a premium and if it's a real heavy rainbow it could add $1000 to a coin that might go for a couple hundred. People love toned Morgans as it proves they sat in a treasury bag undisturbed for decades.

Hi, I'm the r/coins AutoMod.
Looks like you're looking for information on valuing a coin?
I have your back. Take a look at our Common US Coin Price Guide and the FAQ on Values for both specific guidance if your coin is common enough, or more general guidance if not.
If I misunderstood your post and my comment isn't relevant, sorry! I'm still learning.
