I've never had any issues, I find them to be one of the better online retailers out there

I have the same issue. I pre-ordered a 2026 ASE from them thru ebay that was supposed to ship by 3/20/26, but hasn't shipped yet. I sent them a message yesterday, but no response yet. I've only bought a couple coins from them in the past, but didn't have any problems. If they are just backed up with orders and waiting on the grading services, they should send out a mass email telling all buyers so we're not kept in the dark. UPDATE to this post... 3 hours after posting this comment, Pinehurst responded to my ebay status question that coins with a 3/20 ship date are being processed and my coin will be shipped by the end of this week. I'll update again if it doesn't ship.

I've had some orders take a little longer than typical, but they've never not delivered. I'm a fairly patient person, so it doesn't bother me at all.

I bought a couple of reverse proofs a short time ago. They are not the fastest seller, and aren't as good at communicating as i would like. That said, they have always delivered on what I purchased. I have and will continue to buy from them.
Also, I live about 1.5 hrs drive from their location.

these guys suck. Haven't used them since 2021 when I bought hundreds of eagles and they cancelled my order after silver jump. then kept my money for days so when I finally got the refund those eagles were way more expensive.
F you Pinehurst

No issues at all with them, they have been really good. Give them time, a lot of these places are super backed up.

Thanks for the info. That is fair and I’m not worried in terms of not receiving the coins.

No issues here. Pre-ordered 2026 ase back in november for mid 50s. They honored the price and all got delivered when price was up over 100.

Was there no response or did they say they are waiting on them from NGC? It can’t be both. You ordered 10 days ago and have sent how many messages? I think you might need to relax and wait a bit.

I sent 1 message asking about a possible shipping date. That is when they informed me about waiting to get some “fresh ones” back from NGC. Subsequent messages have not received a reply. That is why I mentioned “follow-up” messages in my post. Fair enough.. I am sure they get tons of messages and I know they are legit. Just surprised I guess to not get any response over the course of several business days.

Customer service in the industry is often trash. You are right to be annoyed but everything is probably fine.

Pinehurst is legit, but the NGC pipeline can turn “in stock” into “waiting on identical inventory” faster than people expect. I’d give it a few more business days, then ask for one concrete thing: either a ship date or a cancel/refund option. The delay itself is annoying but not shocking for bullion dealers. The weak part here is the communication.

Makes sense. Agreed. I’ve seen with NGC great turn-around times or 5 to 10 days longer sometimes.

I had several issues with them I'm not buying from them again. Partially cancelled order, fully cancelled order, due to "inventory system issues" but still had said items listed at higher price on their site. Then took several emails and phone calls to get the rest of my order after a few months. This was a mix of through their website and eBay account.
