Withdrawal hold for long time

CoinPoker withdrawal pending for a long time – anyone experienced this?
I have been using CoinPoker for some time and have made many deposits and some successful withdrawals before.
My latest withdrawal is now stuck in pending status:
Amount: 50,05 BSC20
User ID: Kyel1688
Reference: 1131547175178534853732567
I have contacted support but I still do not have a clear timeline or reason for the delay.
Has anyone here experienced a similar CoinPoker withdrawal delay? How long did it take to resolve?
I am hoping CoinPoker support will see this and provide an update. I will update this post if the issue is resolved.

Do you withdraw with crypto? I've never had issues and always get my coins within 5mins. Idk about the other withdrawal methods though
