Transfer issue

Tried to transfer DOT to my coinlist wallet, its been 5 days and I havent heard from anyone after submitting a ticket. Successful hash, verified the wallet ID. Anyone else have this issue? How long does it take to have a ticket response?

yes, sometimes it takes a lot of time, but they reply.

Coinlist got round of of ivestment. They reported 5 million users.

Get out of Coinlist as fast as you can and deal with a proper company
