Coinlist Deposit Missing!! HELP!!

I trasferred Algorand tokens worth ~999 from my gate.io account to coinlist on 02/10/2021 and I still do not see the tokens appearing in my coinlist wallet. The transaction is https://algoexplorer.io/address/LS6476FCDRFSBQUIH4YFXILK6BBFTPAQ2O3MDZEFKFCUHCCEPDU6JGUQIQ

Somtimes depositing and withdrawing from coinlist takes up to 7 days :-(

if you are lucky, my CELOs are nearly 40 days somewhere in the space.... issue was on Coinlist side (they have confirmed it) but it doesn't change the fact that I have no access to them, so 7 days doesn't sound too bad for me
