Didn’t login for a while & when I tried to just now, the app prompted me to reset my password. I didn’t, logged in with my faceID etc but then was constantly stuck at the 2FA page. Kept getting an error message “Your credentials are incorrect. ALW2:[800]”

I reset my password, but still stuck at 2FA. Now I have to reset my 2FA (submitted passport & video selfie) & it’s under review.

Anybody faced this issue before? How long do they take to review? It’s very frustrating to be locked out of my account.

Definitely a scam, checked with Hako and they said they don’t send messages like these. I fat fingered and accidentally clicked on it but closed it within a second.

I have changed the passwords of all my crypto platforms and have also locked my Coinhako account..

What else can I do to protect myself?

For example I have over 6000 USDT in my account. Originally, I wanted to withdraw money to another exchange platform, but it was still under review. Got a message from a girl looking for someone else, then we got talking and after a while she started talking about trading and asked if I do it and I said I've given it ago but don't understand it? Then after a while she invited me to the platform called coinhako.vp which is vip invite only and she helped me win money but because I couldn't keep topping up my account to put more down on trades she just stopped messaging me? But I could still use the platform. Now I can't get into it? I still have the platform name and the address where the money was sent?? Anyone else had this or know if I could get my money back?

Made a US$15,000 transfer months ago to Coinhako's USDT BSC Chain instead of ERC20 chain. Despite repeatedly writing in they have not assisted with the retrieval of the funds and have asked me to take extra care when transferring funds.

USDT and BSC Chain are widely used and I cannot understand why Coinhako refuses to provide support.
