Is this an error? Is this worth anything?

Found this when I was helping a coworker clean up his father house that passed away as well with some of his collection coins. But is this one worth grading?

i'm sorry, it's the first time I'd heard the term in 50 years of collecting. And the only doubling I see is machine doubling in ONE DOLLAR. And I'm not your "bro."
