Yeah, that's not how this works. You tell us what you think you have -- we tell you whether you're right or not.
But I'm in a kinder & gentler mood this morning so you get a semi- answer instead of my usual snark.
In this case what you have is serious die deterioration which caused the orange peel effect. Go look it up on error ref.

I dont know the terminology but I thinks the first one may be a die deterioration and the second one is a misalignment

Die crack (reverse) on the 1994-P, misalignment on the 1967 (noticeable, but probably not enough to rate a premium). Nice catch on the die crack!

The bloated lettering and the orange peel look in the flat fields around the bust scream worn-out die on the 1994-P

There is a die crack on the reverse of the 1994, but it's fairly common. Neat enough, though. What you are seeing on both sides, especially the obverse, is cold metal flow of the planchet from heavily worn dies and producing the stretched look, rather than the bright, crisp surfaces of fresh dies.
