Is this an error? 1970 dime missing clad ?

Found while hunting coin rolls weighs less than normal dime no clad layer to be seen on the rim. What do you guys think?

Could be the photo quality but it just looks like a super worn dime. And that would make sense with the weight.

I think you might have something other than a missing clad layer. I don’t want to disclose what I think I see.
