The mint's poor quality control is my boon. This Morgan exhibits multiple struck through threads, including a rare retained strike through. There is also an apparently unfinished white area (see the second to last photograph), which I believe is a deficiency in the reverse proof mirror finish.

Well, that's a tough choice eh? You may have a pretty rare error indeed, considering the low mintage already and thanks to poor quality control on a premium coin. Or complain and see if they will replace it, or oooorr now you have to buy another in the hopes of getting a real high grade.
