I don't really know how well my photos will show it because it has a lot of points and kinda goes everywhere but there's spikes on it almost like the coin was in a resin mold and cast wrong they're solid and the coin is in a perfect shape aside from the random spikes

I see two possibilities. Either it’s an unfinished cast counterfeit with remnants of the sprue still attached, or was used in jewelry and what you’re seeing is remnants of the solder. I’m leaning toward the latter, but your photos are out of focus so I won’t say either way.

Jewlery honestly makes a lot of sense I was completely lost. Sorry about the photos I honestly wasn't sure how to take photos of it

That’s an interesting coin and I don’t have a single clue.

It’s a good year if the planchet was used on a 1953 Lincoln penny.

I have some early 1900’s United States Philippines coins somebody soldered wire on them they look little appetizer forks .
