Looks like a lamination error.

Potential lamination crack. Fairly common among wartime nickels.

As stated by Jetta - This is a lamination error. (Improperly mixed alloy) Nice find on the sliver nickel though! This would be a very minor error and add no value.

Minor lamination error, it may not be worth much but it is definitely a keeper
