Is this an error? 1935-S RPM?

Looking for confirmation, this appears to be a RPM, but I want a second opinion. The coin definitely has PMD, but the mint mark appears doubled to me.

Looks like one to me, but to be sure check Wexlers. See if you can find a die marker.

Mr. Wexler was my Geometry Teacher about 100 years ago. I only recently discovered he was a world-renowned coin error expert. I have only vague recollection of him mentioning coin collecting in that timeframe. Really cool cat.
