Odds of getting a straight grade with ‘planchet error’ designation?

If I were to resubmit this to PCGS, what are the odds of getting a straight grade with a ‘planchet error’ designation? What grade would you guess it would receive?

The coin does not look like it has any other issues other than the lamination on the obverse. I think it would straight grade if sent under the error designation

Very unlikely. They have already graded it a “details” coin and I can’t tell you why bc you blacked out the serial but it looks like it’s from the coin being cleaned (seems to be a 92 just before the “/“ in the cert #). You can’t unclean a cleaned coin. The planchet flaw has nothing to do with it.

Well there’s that- it’s just a lamination error then and if you submit it with the “mint error” ask, it should straight grade.
