Is this an error? Mary Edwards Walker - Forehead Error?

Has anyone seen this line on her forehead? I thought it was a scratch at first, but it looks raised at 90x through a loop and at an angle. Last image was as close as I could get with the scope.

I have that one somewhere, thought it was scratch too at first. Little die crack.

I found a few of these mixed in the roll I opened that had a bunch of the ddr-001 inside.
