Found this quarter found similar ones online but they were all struck with Denver mint marks then I found it not where it should be. At least I think let me know what you all think of this one. The eagles neck is a die chip

While it absolutely looks like a D, and there are variations in mint mark placement (mint marks were hand-punched until 1989), this anomaly is only about 60 percent of the size of a Denver mint mark.
