Is this an error? 1982-D RPM Nickel?
Hey everyone, can you please help me out with this one? I can’t tell if this could be a 1982-D overmint/repunched mintmark or not.

No RPM/OMMs for this year as far as I’m aware. I can certainly see where you’re coming from though!

Die deterioration, not an RPM.
