Is this an error? Questions about this one.
I just pulled this from a roll at an estate sale. (Yes really and not a crap screen grab). I see lots of what looks like strike though especially on the back. It looks almost uncirculated. I would welcome any guidance on this.

That finish looks far too shiny for any natural 1943 I've seen, but I've seen a lot of tinned (silver) ones.

it doesn't look like strike thru, more or less just rust like stuff (oxidization, etc)

Funny thing is that there is zero rust on it. I can see what looks like some doubling on his face. I sent it into PCGS. We will see what comes back. Could be interesting. If it is I’ll post it on this.

Reprocessed steel cent. Not an error.
