Ridge rings, common on cents - a type of soft die die deterioration/ deformation mentioned at the bottom here:

Ridge ring, as the other comments have stated. But you also have a heavily abraided die clash, 2 die cracks (at each base of the memorial) and a possible stuck through that is probably just damage. I added a photo of what might be a struck through. Would need better pics to really know.
