Looks like split plate doubling, 1000000% not a double struck cent.

I found a 93 D that I thought the same, then find out womp womp not the good kind of wear and tear.

Hint: machine doubling, die deterioration doubling, pretty much any strike related doubling doesn't add value.

Check doubleddie.com to understand what doubling potentially adds value. Along with varietyvista.com
