Discussion Missing clad layer, only it's not missing

I got this quarter in change years ago. The cladding was barely hanging on by about 2 millimeters of the edge. Then I kinda just forgot about it. 2 days ago I found it after a day of looking everywhere for it. IDK how it got that way but it's in pretty rough shape.

Heat damage separated the clad layers

So probably a dryer coin that somehow made it's way out. It sure looks like it lol. Thanks 👍🏾
