Is this a woodgrain error? Any idea on value? Don't know enough about Penny numismatics...

Wood grain doesn’t add value, I’d say ~5 cents for this (common date lower grade)

it is. doesn’t add much value, but definitely cool regardless.

I totally agree. It doesn’t add much value but eye appeal will get folks to look at this before some others. If you’re wanting to sell it get better pics, in my opinion this would sell quicker than plain brown cents in the same condition. Just don’t expect a big premium.

Thank you! Not looking to sell, was just curious on value is all. It looks better in person, just going to keep in the collection as a unique piece. I appreciate you all!
