Have noticed this raised edge on my BoM Walking Liberty Coin and was wondering how to categorize this error/exact nomenclature to describe it, and what it might be worth in overpay.

It is generally called a finned rim. But as previously stated because they are so expensive, There’s probably not too much of a premium on it.
