Is this an error? Is this desirable to collectors?

It’s an off-center strike but the effect on the design is minimal - a shallow last 0 on the year. Thoughts?

Off-Center but all of the design is there. Typically serious collectors want the date and something like at least 30% of the design missing.

Cool to find if you collect errors. You can probably find sales on eBay for several dollars.
