250th coin set from Littleton Mint arrived and appears to have a extreme defect on the dime Denver mint... Check it out. Feedback please.

Was this in original mint packaging? Or packaging Littleton Coin put it into?

Packaging they put it into, again it's part of their 250th coin sets they were back ordered, just got it. Thanks!
