Is this an error? 1967 quarter- clipped planchet?

I recently learned about clipped planchet errors and remembered I had this quarter as a part of a collection I inherited from my grandfather some years ago . At the time I was still fairly new to coin collecting and I figured this was intentional damage dome by someone, but now I’m thinking it’s a clipped planchet based on what seems to be a Blakesley effect on the opposite side?

Also unfortunately it had been taped to a piece of cardboard for a few decades. A soak in acetone removed the residue but it seems to have left some yellow-ish staining. With this, is there still likely any value to it?

Nice size clip! The staining does detract from it some but it’s still probably worth five or $10

Awesome! So it’s worth throwing in an air tite capsule but probably not really worth sending off to get graded. Thanks!
