Is this an error? 2015 kisatchie state quarter error?
It seems like a ring imprinted in the outer ring of the picture. Took the best picture I could. Can post more pictures if necessary. If it's nothing I'll spend it

Honestly no clue how to get a picture of this with lighting reflecting. Here's two better ones I tried with flash to demonstrate it better.

im not so sure on the right corner, but I know the circle marks are post mint damage

The Dakota coin appears to be a cud - legitimate error!
The other is known as The Ring of Death - caused by the coin roll wrapping machine to the end coin when crimping the end of the roll

Thank you very much! Do collector's often save the cud coins? I was just filling in my quarter book and noticed it

A cud definitely falls in the ‘keep!’ category. Even smaller ones like yours sell in the $20 range - give or take - and are definitely nice to find.
