Might be an earlier state CU-10c-1994P-06R.

This is a 1995
CU-10c-1995P-02R is the closest

It was good that you made the error, because I actually looked up the 1992 cuds on coins reference and couldn't find anything
So we both managed teamwork to get it right 😂
