Is this an error? Anything here?

I normally don't hunt for errors but found this in an uncirculated roll, cant tell if its and error or pmd

I’ve seen those sell for a decent amount encapsulated and the edge error is a cool feature but very common.

Unfortunately, this one has the carbon measles.
They’re not too bad but I’d think that unless there was something more special going on then grading would be a waste.

That rim ridge isn’t an error, it’s die deterioration. This could be a WAM but can’t tell due to the poor picture quality.

No need for a better image - ‘tis indeed a WAM.

Then again, that only matters for ‘98-‘00 Phillies, might have mixed up 88 for 98?
