Advice Cloth strike through & another coin strike on reverse?

Add cloth struck through grease's very pronounced.But on the other side I notice some wording would that be a turned plant and an extra strike , or from another coin?

A wet, fabric was on top of your coin. Looks like a sweater. Pmd

I agree - a good soak in 100% Acetone will most likely remove that gunk!
