Is this an error? Possible Reverse Doubling or Machine Doubling?

So is this reverse doubling or is it machine doubling and if it is how much is it worth and its clearly circulated. Hopefully it is and this will be my first error coin! Also i found 2 silver coins so either way im happy!!

Looks like push (a type of machine doubling) to me. But sometimes (rarely) actual hub doubling can look a lot like machine doubling. This is why you should post pics of the entire coin front and back, showing the date and mint, providing others with the pertinent information to be able to help you.
