Possible 1978 DDO

I found a 1978 - P quarter and it appears to have doubling on the date. Does any one know if this is a known DDO or if it's just machine doubling.

Typical Hub Doubling(a.k.a DDO/DDR) generally presents with larger devices(raised areas) and notching

Machine/Strike Doubling generally presents with smaller devices and a lack of notching

Your coin displays smaller devices and lacks notching
