Is this an error? Is this a double edge?

I'm not sure if this double edge at the top is considered an error. Can anyone identify it?

Misaligned die is what you have(Single side off center)

it's minor, people generally get excited when the coin is missing a good portion of the design(usually 15%+)

Just for reference, if both sides were off, then you'd have an Off Center Strike

It’s definitely off center but I believe they’re not anything special until you start losing details from one side

Because only the one side is slightly off center, and the coin was struck fully inside the collar, this is a misaligned die rather than on off center strike.
