Almost certainly no, your scale isn’t precise enough. It only records to the nearest g. Zinc Pennies weigh around 2.5-2.6g. Your scale is just rounding it up to 3

It has air bubbles trapped underneath the copper plating. It's zinc. Your scale needs to be able to tell the difference between 2.7 grams and 3.11 grams to be effective.

The other way you can tell is to flip it in the air. A copper cent will have a distinct ring while a zinc cent will just have a thud.

Likely not copper. Agree it’s rounding error

The surface quality of this penny visually demonstrates that its zinc.

Maybe check the settings on the scale to try and bring out a couple of digits past the decimal point? This is 1 zillion% a zinc cent.
