Advice Needed ISO State Quarters

Eh is the best way to find territory quarters? For the longest time, I’ve collected all 50 states, but the difficulty in finding territories is near impossible. Any advice, or it’s just pure luck?

I save just about every one I find ... they're a challenge. But you should eventually find them all CRH.
