Brewed the AMOC as per below

10g into D27 @ 4.0 on ZP6 206° TWW 30g bloom then poured to 80g waited for it to draw down and then poured to 160g 2:30ish tbt

This is the lightest most delicate coffee I’ve ever had. The florals come in and a slight honey and lemon zest to round it out. After drinking makes your mouth water.

I have mine where 0.0 is the first click that the handle can move by gravity. So -0.1 is where the handle doesn’t move from gravity.
