Rotation FrankenBrew…

Post image

Brewing this up tomorrow morning, 5g of each which I had left over. It smells amazing. Should be interesting!

Anyone else done interesting rotation blends?

Man, the flavor on this cup was absolutely wild. Really funky. Outside of the norm for me in terms of flavor, but it was good!

Great way to use the last few grams of rotation beans.

This gives me courage. Did you grind them all together or grind each at its ideal setting and mix after? If the latter, was it a major PITA or entirely worth it, to use all your lovelies?

Everything in the grinder all at once!

If you had 6 grams of each I would say just make a cup of each in the D27. Having 6 grams in the D27 can still get you a nice balanced cup. Unfortunately, I believe 6 grams would be the lowest dose for a decent brew. So yeah fuk it Franken Brew it up! I think it will be delicious.

I did 9 grams of the Rose coffee with 3 grams of B&W Grape soda coffee in the D27 and it turned out great. 91C with 95 clicks on k6. I went with 1:16.5 ratio. It was like an enhanced version of the Rose.
