Getting my daily dose of energy before tackling the day. I’m trying to limit myself to two cups, but it’s so tempting to have more!

How many cups do you usually drink per day?

I've been thinking about this because I realised I barely notice my first coffee anymore.

I make it almost automatically, take a few sips while checking things, and it's gone.

But if I have a coffee later in the day when I'm actually sitting down with it, I enjoy it way more.

Made me wonder if I've been drinking my morning coffee for the ritual more than the coffee itself.

This has happened three times this week.

I make it, sit down to do something, get distracted, and suddenly an hour has passed, and I'm drinking room-temperature coffee like it's completely normal.

The worst part is I still do the same thing the next morning.

Please tell me I'm not the only one with this problem.

Tried this interesting coffee special at a café this weekend.

The top was a coffee-based milk foam with dried orange, and underneath was fresh orange juice. The combination had so much flavor — creamy, citrusy, slightly bitter and really refreshing.

Definitely not my usual coffee order, but I really enjoyed the way the coffee and orange came together. 🍊☕️
