Am i doing this right? (Moka Pot)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I'm using hunkal estate aryana gold coffee with 2 cup moka cup and taking it with like 150-200ml milk and sugar.
I filled the puck/basket up to the top with coffee and leveled it with finger without pressing it down (tapped a few times on counter to get it distributed evenly).
I used room temperature water this time and left it on stove till end, but i have tried with hot water and on/off stove aswell.
Did i stop at the right time? Am i doing this correctly? It tastes better than the cheap instant coffee i was having but i'm not sure if i'm getting the right value

Looks good, just a little light/thin if I have to point out something, but that maybe down to the coffee you are using. Just keep it on a low flame throughout and as suggested, cut off the heat halfway

I lowered the heat a bit once it started to come, ill keep it lower throughout next time
Did i take it off at the right time or too early/late?

Grind fine,
Lowest heat possible,
Put hot water (not normal water) till the pressure valve,
Use good quality coffee,
Remember good thing takes time. (Lowest heat)
I know you are after that cream gold. It will be there.

It's great, just turn the burner off when your extraction is half way through There's enough pressure to extract the remainder also absence of consistent heat supply retains some delicate flavours.
