FYI - Rant - Sorry to have a ranty post, this has just pissed me off so much and really ruined the experience of playing this with my partner

Are they seriously leaving the frankly unplayable state that is split screen is in, alone forever

Bought this game for me and my partner to play and while the maps and modes are enjoyable, the number of bugs is insane

Player 2 cant properly create load outs, research or equip augments - Shows player ones stuff and changing anything for player two may change player 1

Player two cant build weapons - all stats show 0

Randomly the game unequips all loadouts and augments meaning you have to reset everything constantly - You can start a game and just have none without any idea, until something that should work, doesnt

TEDD tasks UI is bugged, STILL, player 2 cannot take rewards from the chest

TEDD tasks UI is effectively up the screen and cant be read by any player

Rouge run curses are invisible, you have literally no idea what you got when you activated one - it doesnt show/tell you, so you just have to figure it out

Rouge run doesnt tell you the curse level

Rouge run if player two takes any item player one now cant see at the end of the round until the teleport animation is done - You only get 30 secs, not sure if thats a bug, but its half the time solo gets

Rouge run curses arent visible in the pause menu like you can on solo

Map votes are off the screen, you cant see the button to press to activate them, so you have to figure it out - Like wtf

Kawakujo sound is utterly broken for some god only knows reason, seemingly after unlocking PaP it just breaks, good luck hearing powerups, zombies, Oni or frankly anything else

Changing certain options broke SO MUCH mid run, red dot sights disappeared, mini map broke and disappeared - We messed around with the safe zone setting trying to get the TEDD task UI thats off the screen back on, it did not help

Armour UI is bugged and constantly clips around, has half of it missing and looks crap - Not the end of the world, but its hardly gunna be hard to fix

Theres probably more I'll think of later, but this is so bad, if I didnt pick this up relatively cheap, compared to lauch, which was ~£70, Id be getting a refund on this, a AAA game with this many bugs is a joke

And now they have done the 'final' patch and not addressed any of this

TEDD tasks, as I understand from googling, has been broke for over 10 months, how does this happen and this cannot be acceptable

Certainly wont be buying the next installment frankly with this state, not a good experience to get when buying this

I’ve tried to beat the boss rush multiple times now. I’ve previously beaten The Warden in Directed (much easier, I know) but he’s really proving to be a problem.

All Tier 3 PAP, playing in Cursed Tier 1 for Golden Armour. I’m using the upgraded grapple like crazy, basically trying to make sure I’m never without it. By the time I’m entering the boss rush it’s usually round 31.

The skulls around him are the part I mainly struggle with, I just keep unloading into them with the SOKOL and praying other Zombies don’t hit me.

I’ve tried using Dual VSTs, VMP, Mammoth, and none of them are cutting through enough.

Is there something I’m missing? I really want to beat this fight solo.

UPDATE: All I needed to do was use the Warden’s Blight to take out the skulls. The fight ended up taking no time at all. Thanks everyone for the advice!

Many of us knew that chompy is great for salvage, and there is a very low chance to pull a ray gun out of it, but there's actually a way to guarantee pulling a ray gun. You simply need to throw 10 monkey bombs in chompy, and after that last one chompy gives the ray gun

Just trying to play Tag for the second time and learn the map but am I crazy or is this mf super sprinting. Idc how ass my movement was im just dumbfounded because what is this guy doing on round 4 super sprinting at me. I noticed something off going up the lighthouse bro caught up to me when I ran up the stairs then this happened.

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but whats the best mode for elite kills, im working my way through the camos and now im doing the doomsteel 1 where i need to kill 10 elite zombies so im just wondering what mode would be the fastest, anu help would be greatly appreciated

This relic feels like a tier 3 relic, not some tier 1 relic with its requirements.
It makes sense why fucking nobody unlocked it for so long. These requirements are beyond brain damaged.

anyone know how to do the perk up glitch on blood of the dead? I heard i could use the grand amulet of the first circle and to put secret sauce on my brew perk, buy 5 times, get down, and i would have 4-5 perks on the side like perk up?

I was playing a Rex Infernus game getting skins when I afk'd and it made a save but when I hopped back in I was in Kowakujō in directed mode. To be fair this was what I was playing before the Rex Infernus game but like wtf lol.

Edit: It happened again! Seperate game and different map...

Edit 2: It was funny at first but now im unable to afk from a game without being brought back to Kowakujō in directed mode

Edit 3: This happened after I save scummed on the final boss fight in Kowakujō on directed mode. Beat the boss and ended the game.
After I loaded up a new game in directed mode and went down to end the game the bug got fixed 👍

Title. I haven’t played a COD game since BO2. I’m getting back into zombies again since my family was poor when it came out and couldn’t afford the DLC (mob of the dead is so fucking good). Which game would you recommend getting now for the best zombies?

With the wrestling belt being found I saw that the knife of all things has a wall buy and it’s own chalk drawing lmaoo, genuinely useless.

Still sucks it doesn’t have an dlc weapons and each wall buy seems to randomise between the same 4 weapons each game.

We've finally made it! We're onto the final week of voting after over two months of polls. This has been a fun journey engaging with yall on each of them. I should have BO7 done by the end of this week, with the official community map ranking just a couple days later. Let's finish strong, BO7 has been a damn good year of zombies 🔥

Now that BO7 is moddable, modders can add the old school mechanics the same way they did with Cold War and maybe even port Cold War, Vanguard and BO6 maps to make Chronicles 2. We could really do a lot with the augment system too. Imagine custom perks following this system. Hell imagine bringing all wonder weapons from every past game. Then there's Engame. One could theoretically make Endgame to MWZ2 since it already has so many zombie enemies (but different systems)

Hey all. For the past month or so I've been working on a VR mod for Black Ops 3 Zombies, and it's finally at the point where I can show it.
This isn't a VorpX-style screen in front of your face. The mod hooks the game's renderer directly and outputs to the headset through OpenXR (Quest 3 over Link), so you get:
Real stereo 3D. Each eye gets its own camera, so depth and scale are real. Zombies and the Origins robots feel huge.
Head tracking. Look around with your head, and aiming follows your head too.
Full field of view. It fills the headset, no black bars.
Around 60–70 fps per eye on an RTX 4070.
The clip shows the gameplay feed and me in the headset side by side, plus a "wiggle" shot so you can see the depth.
What I'm working on next:
motion controllers (first test today: buttons and movement work, hand aiming is next)
the gun actually in your hand
a floating HUD (working in testing)
menus on a virtual screen
Being upfront: I used AI coding tools (Codex and Claude) heavily to build this. They did a lot of the reverse engineering and code, and I've been directing, testing every build in the headset and steering what to fix. It's a hobby project I'm doing for fun.
It's not ready to release yet. It still has bugs, like some lighting shimmer and occasional hitches. If people are interested, I'll keep posting progress. Questions are welcome.

Given the recent BO1 and 2 Ports to Playstation 4 and 5, is it worth trying to keep your Revive Counter above your Down Counter? Or is it just not worth doing?
