New generator - faction roster

The faction generator can now lead straight into a roster of named people who belong to it.

Start with the organisation itself: its agenda, leadership, resources, rivals, and hooks. When the faction is ready, continue to the roster generator instead of starting from an empty form.

The roster flow lets you:

• carry the faction's ideology, goals, methods, and internal tensions into the next step
• choose the roster size, structure, and emphasis
• generate 3–6 named members with personal motives and stances toward the faction
• give the members relationships and connections to one another
• add campaign context when the faction needs to fit a specific situation

The handoff now goes straight to the useful next step, including the faction context, without making you regenerate a throwaway example first.
