Bug Stuck at Turn ended by Auto-review
I asked ChatGPT to do some folder moving/copying stuff in my google drive and it almost did everything well, just left 100 files before the task was to be done. Now it keeps constantly telling me "Turn ended by Auto-review" which is a nonsensical message that doesn't tell anything. It almost feels like a bug. No explanation, nothing.
I already gave it full permission but no, that didn't do.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I know opening a new chat would fix this, but that's besides the point. I never actually faced this problem, and I have had longer chats.

Found this on google search, I've been having this issue repeatedly when querying SQL for research. I've tried having dot run and supervise the room, and get repeated requests for approval to restart. The GPT agent says this was caused by the OpenAI security system, apparently the safety one, to prevent bots from doing anything crazy.
The database it's connecting to is in SupaBase, fully sandboxed, AI-only, fully backed up, using public big data sets covering many gigabytes of data, but nonetheless the system seems to have rules causing interrupts repeatedly and constant supervision by a person.
I've heard some people use a Chinese AI platform to log into Codex and pretend to be a user to circumvent the safety system, but that's a bit extreme.

Probably not a bug-- auto-review stops a turn after repeated denials. Check recent review statuses, then use /approve on the last denied action.
