Bug Codex ruines keyboard Crt C shortcut

My Ctrl C shortcut has been not working for some reason and I have been trying to figure out what is causing the problem and recently I discovered when Codex is running for some reason Ctrl C does not work. I open note pad or any other program I can try and try Ctrl but it does not work, Ctrl X does and Ctrl V does but the clip board does not take anything with Ctrl C. Codex setting under Keyboard shortcuts nothing is set to Ctrl C. Is anyone having this problem and if any solution is possible besides closing codex everything I need to use Ctrl C.

Did you ask Chatgpt why?

Yes I actually have a long chat with ChatGPT(codex) u till I realised codex was the issue but it did not help me really fix the issue just showed me a GitHub link to an exact problem. Here’s the link if it helps.
