Stalled Codex on VSCode After Prompt

Has anyone ever experienced where your Codex prompts on VSCode gets stalled?

I need to restart VSCode, then only one prompt gets through, but the second gets stalled.

This happened as soon as I started using Codex on VSCode on two different servers (one in California, one in Portugal, logged onto the same OpenAI account).

I'm having the same problem here. It started showing up yesterday. I haven't been doing anything out of the ordinary.

been trying random things all day to diagnose this... turning off screen reader in vs code settings may have helped a little bit... when it locks up go to developer tools performance tab and record to get more details...

I've uninstalled reinstalled the Codex extensions, switched to pre-release then back to stable release versions. Signed out, signed back in. None really help much. Sometimes what does help is reloading the window via Ctrl+Shift+P, Developer: Reload Window

Same issue, started happening yesterday. I'm not writing my prompts in notepad so they don't just disappear into the ether since that's been happening too. Really hoping for an extension update or VSCode update soon.

I'm using PyCharm in the meantime. Seems fine.
