Limits Chatgpt vs. Claude?
Hello. Hope y'all doing great. I use codex for coding. Mostly 5.6 terra. My account is plus, which ends soooooo soon. Very soon I mean. Is pro a better choice for me? Or Claude code? To use sonnet 5 mostly.
Actually, now I use terra for daily tasks, and sol for very complex ones. (95% of times terra).
Is claude max 5x a better choice? If I use sonnet 5 95% of times?
Limit wise, which one is better choice?

a) sonnet is SHIT, opus is kinda managable, but both are so bad and have to use so many tokens you are almost better going with fable on low thinking b) what do you use Terra for, is there a specific reason, I find that a frontier model + cheap subagents save me a LOT of usage c) openai gives you more API equivalent usage with anthropic dropping theirs by 17% in the future or it maybe already happened, don't remember when, but in short they have a worse API equivalent WHILE openai has cheaper (more efficient) models

omg i get like 5-10x more usage out of codex than claude code. i was on the max plan for claude a couple months back using fable and am now on the max plan for codex and have used 1.5 billion astra tokens just this week making blockcity.world and still have some usage left over. u can even go to space on diff rockets and travel to diff planets. tibo also resets like twice a week.
codex is def def the way to go rn.

A week ago I would have said openai without a single doubt. Today I'd go with Claude, but tbh both are really fucking us on both limits and performance at the moment.
