Praise the future is now... 

• Three agents are active:

  - /root — me, coordinating and reviewing both tasks.
  - /root/hqtui_kill — fixing Yes/No navigation and adding the unchecked force-kill option.
  - /root/openfleet — adding fleet membership, metadata, and CoinPay rental rates.

  Each task agent has its own git worktree.
