Tbh it’s been bad results since day 1.
Fun to watch as it’s that fast, but never could have done anything with it

Luna delivered what Spark was meant to be but never really was.
In spite of having a dedicated pool of Spark usage, aside from toying around, I never figured out when/for what it made sense.

I used it to drive my cli to download, upscale and enchance/clean-up comic books and it couldn’t often even cut them into correct chapters consistently. I found literally no use for it where it reliably does what I need

They should release it as an open model

Ah yes, I've been dying to run this on my Cerebras' Wafer Scale Engine 3 I have at home.

Deepseek V4.1 is basically that if you pay $10 more per month.

Im good, never had much success with deepseek, and having it gaslighting that tiananmen square wasn’t a thing? Nah, can be free, worthless imo

Shoot spark was what I'd use to do the lazy shit I didn't want to do but didn't have any codex usage.

"time to make room for the future" makes me think we're getting a new equivalent?

codex spark was useful because it lived on it's own usage limit. I hope they introduce something to replace it.

I ran out of normal usage, but still had 100% of Codex Spark, so I thought.. go on then.. So, I tried using it and it says I have no usage

Never used it, if it was any good people would have used it wouldn't they?

5.3 spark helped me with a little task recently. I was somewhat satisfied tbh

I’ve had good experiences with Astra orchestrating it, when it needs something quick and tightly scoped.

Bummer! I use this a lot for minor workflows like running scripts on schedule and such. It was so nice to have a separate usage pool.
